Las Marthas at the Cultural Center

This past weekend I presented a piece for the Las Marthas documentary at Cultural Center ( Community Cinema ). The "dresses" produced ( by woodworking marvel Cynthia Main ) were then decorated by a variety of artists ( including myself ) and were featured in a performance that followed the film. Viewers were also invited to wear the art and be photographed!
I went back to my Polish roots and did my dress ( and headdress) using junk mail paper cutouts and created a monochromatic landscape with hidden creatures and details ( find the snake battling the swan !

Please see the film yourself on WTTW next month and
do come to a community cinema event in the future.
